                           The store manager hires employees, the reps " hire" ( recruit)  people to do their work.

The store manager can not run the store all by himself- he needs cashiers, stockers, cleaners etc..

The rep can run a business alone, but by recruiting others she takes some of the pressure off of herself.

Rather than her running herself ragged, she builds a team and has 100's helping her work.

At cmart you get paid by the hour and are required to be there the hours they specify.

As a rep you make your own hours, the amount of income you make depends on your knowledge and effort.

 With a scheme, the business structure will look the same.

Schemes are designed for the owner/ owners to make money.

They get everyone fired up about this great business opportunity,

everyone jumps on it, the owner gets lots of money, then he is gone!

Most schemes involve building up a team- there

is some type of charge involved. May be as little as .99,

but with 100's of thousands jumping- that .99 adds up fast.

The first level of recruits may get about .10 per new recruit, the next level

about .7, the next level about .5.

The owner is raking in the money- others losing money.

Schemes are keeping up with the times and now offer some cheap product to sell.

You either get no product or a worthless product.
